Registration

The conference will be held at the University of Oregon November 8-11, 2025. At the moment, we unfortunately cannot cover travel or local expenses.

The registration form can be accessed at the following link. Please fill out the registration form as fully and as accurately as possible, even if you have accepted invitation from the organizers. We reserved a block of rooms for invited speakers and junior participants for Hayward Inn. In order for us to be able to provide Hayward Inn with the rooming list before their policy deadline, we ask the invited speakers and junior participants to please inform us of your travel dates via the registration form as soon as possible, with a deadline of August 15, 2025.
