Participants should book flights to EUG airport, where they can arrange taxi or Uber service to their hotel.

Two hotels closest to campus are Best Western New Oregon and Hayward Inn. These hotels are within a few minutes walk to the campus.

We reserved a block of rooms for invited speakers and junior participants for Hayward Inn. In order for us to be able to provide the rooming list before Hayward Inn's deadline, we ask the invited speakers and junior participants to please inform us of your travel dates via the conference registration form as soon as possible, with a deadline of August 15, 2025. The conference rate for the Hayward Inn is $160 per night. Please contact the organizers for more information and to book a room.

Saturday and Sunday you can park anywhere on campus for free and without a permit. The best place to park is along University Street or at a parking lot at the intersection of Kincaid and 13th Avenue.

Weekdays you need to use visitor parking and pay for it using an app or possibly paying at kiosks which accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, U.S. bills, and quarters. The closest visitor parking is at the south end of University Street. The north end of University Street is only for permit holders.
